We immediately felt good about having him show us other homes and after seeing four or five homes I ask him if he wanted to see our condo to list it. Great decision! Oscar was always on top of all the details, returning phone calls or emails super quick if not just answering the phone in the first place. He walked us through every step of the way. His advice on staging, photos and setting a price paid off too. We had three offers after just three weekdays on the market. By that Friday we had sent out counter offers and by the following Monday we had accepted an offer. Oscar also went above and beyond the day before the appraisal. He called me that evening to check in and see if I was ready. When I told him I was having difficulty finishing bringing something up to code his reaction was "I'll be right over".
